Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022 has fundamentally transformed post-Soviet Eurasia - a former imperial region that now comprises 15 independent states. It has shown the importance of democratic constitutionalism to stable and effective governance. This research group will provide scholars from across this region a forum for examining and comparing issues and concepts about the construction of constitutionalism. It will also give scholars from outside the region an opportunity to engage with each other and scholars from the region.
